Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in technology solution-based selling, specifically in SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, and VoIP, with a demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to convey and relate ideas to others, an entrepreneurial attitude for quick learning and adaptation, and a vibrant and energetic approach to work. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and a Bachelor’s degree, along with continued training and education, are preferred qualifications.
The Account Executive will become the resident expert on RingCentral services, selling hosted VoIP platforms, call management services, and IP hardware to Mid-market and enterprise level customers in the US and Canada. This role involves closing complex deals with multiple executive stakeholders, developing a strong understanding of differentiators and sales processes, managing pipeline and sales activity, accurately forecasting, and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling. They will also conduct presentations, online web demos, and adhere to a measured sales process, as well as demonstrate experience in prospecting, engaging, and acquiring new customers.
