Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role and a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo is required, and MEDDPICC certification or mastery of other sales methodologies is preferred. Curiosity and interest in the retail or eCommerce vertical are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and building new business opportunities within an assigned territory, understanding prospect needs and articulating Syndigo’s value proposition, utilizing a consultative sales approach to close deals with senior executives, collaborating with operations and solution engineering, initiating meetings through various tools, demonstrating the SaaS platform, negotiating pricing and contract terms, developing prospect account strategies, researching target companies, managing the active pipeline in Salesforce, and achieving weekly activity KPIs.
