Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in technology solution-based selling, specifically in SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, and VoIP, with a demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota. They should be skilled in conducting presentations and online web demos, adhering to a measured sales process, and successfully prospecting, engaging, and acquiring mid-market and enterprise-level customers. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with continued training and education. Proficiency in Salesforce.com is also required.
The Account Executive will become the resident expert on RingCentral services, selling new hosted VoIP platform, call management services, and IP hardware, and closing complex deals involving multiple executive-level stakeholders across the US and in Canada. They will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies, and processes, manage sales pipeline and activity, and accurately forecast sales. Additionally, they will conduct presentations, online web demos, and adhere to a measured sales process, and demonstrate entrepreneurial ability to learn and adapt quickly.
