Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Enterprise/Mid Market sales, specifically focused on payments, with a preference for experience in the lending sector. An in-depth understanding of lending processes, payments, and the regulatory landscape within the auto and personal lending sector is required. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is necessary, and experience with Challenger Sales Methodology is a plus. The ability to travel as needed is also a requirement.
The Account Executive will be responsible for fueling company growth by securing new business in the auto and personal lending verticals, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. They will develop and execute targeted sales strategies, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and conduct weekly discovery calls with prospects, aiming to sign 3 to 4 agreements per quarter. Responsibilities include leading the sales process, staying abreast of industry trends, providing sales forecasts and reports, and challenging prospects' existing business processes to educate them on new technologies.
