The Account Executive role requires a proven track record in sales, the ability to manage multiple client priorities, and skills in conveying value to diverse stakeholders. Candidates should possess a consultative, strategic, and creative approach to build trusted advisor relationships and an understanding of the e-commerce space. Experience in full-cycle sales, including outbound prospecting, value proposition alignment, and negotiation, is necessary. Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for record keeping is also required.
The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from cold outbound prospecting to contract negotiation, and develop creative strategies for pipeline generation. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales engineering, data science, risk management, and customer success. The AE will act as a subject matter expert, educating prospects on Signifyd's approach to fraud prevention and its impact on business automation and order acceptance rates, while also maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
