You and one other AE will be the first members of the sales organization, working closely with the CEO to transition from founder-led sales and build a dedicated salesforce including BDRs, AEs, and Sales Ops.
As the team grows, you'll have the opportunity to choose between an IC role focused on expanding the ICP up-market or a Sales Manager role focused on scaling the org, team building, hiring, and sales ops.
