Proficiency in marketing, media, and advertising for 1-3 years is also required, along with experience in multi-channel marketing disciplines. Key skills include excellent written and oral communication, the ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products/services, adaptability to change, and the capacity to deliver high-impact presentations. Candidates should display high Emotional and Cognitive Intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong client solution selling and targeting abilities. Innovative, analytical, and strategic thinking are essential, as is proficiency in solution selling and closing opportunities, with a consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas.
The Account Executive III is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives by identifying opportunities and building lasting partnerships with existing accounts and new client prospects. This includes meeting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and consulting on business issues and marketing program design. The role involves negotiating costs and services, resolving sales or delivery issues, and collaborating with Strategists and Delivery Teams to ensure project specifications are met and quality results are delivered. Responsibilities also include developing insightful proposals, delivering strategic sales presentations, managing contracts, and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. A significant portion of the role involves prospecting activities such as lead generation, qualifying prospects, discovery, and demonstrating solutions, while managing multiple accounts and seeking new opportunities. The Account Executive will utilize data and insights to drive sales and effectively manage client expectations.
