The Account Executive, HRIS, is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and nurturing client relationships. This role focuses on growing and owning a targeted account list, managing the customer buying journey from start to finish while providing expert guidance and tailored solutions. The Account Executive will qualify and understand client requirements to adapt offerings to meet their needs, continuously build a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and inbound lead management, and maintain accurate customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in the CRM system. Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets is essential, with the ultimate goal of securing new business, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the organization as a trusted industry partner.
