Candidates must be based in APAC and possess at least 2 years of closing sales experience. Essential Mandarin language skills are required for customer coverage. Experience with process/playbook selling methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Customer Centric is preferred. A hunter mentality, solid sales DNA, and an appetite for continual learning are necessary, along with a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take on increasing responsibility. Prior experience in Immigration or Legal fields is preferred but not mandatory. Top performers will have experience in Immigration or similar fields, strong self-motivation and autonomy, experience in a remote and distributed team, experience as a co-prime or overlay AE, and a growth mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
The Account Executive will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership. This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Deel's Immigration offering and industry trends, building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand requirements and tailor solutions, and working strategically with core Account Executives for a cohesive client experience. The role also involves driving business growth collaboratively with the SDR function and fostering strong relationships within sales, marketing, and product organizations. Maintaining accurate customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in the CRM system is also a key responsibility.
