Account Executive - Financial Services (Remote)

Position Overview

QuickNode is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales Team. This role is crucial for driving our expansion into the financial services sector, focusing on building strategic partnerships with banks and fintech companies leveraging blockchain infrastructure. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and report to the Director of Enterprise Sales. This is a remote, full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue of $2 - $5 Million ARR.
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle: lead generation, closing, onboarding handoff, renewal, and expansion.
  • Execute a full sales cycle including discovery, qualification, technical validation, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Break into new financial accounts by identifying high-potential use cases, understanding buying triggers, and leading strategic outreach.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives (CTO, CFO, COO) and senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure.
  • Clearly and persuasively articulate the QuickNode story in prospect meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Customer Success to close complex deals.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to validate technical alignment and lead initial architecture and product value discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS sales with at least $2+ Million ARR.
  • Experience in Blockchain, Web3/Crypto.
  • Proven success selling to banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
  • Experience selling IaaS, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level buyers (CTO, CFO).
  • Strong outbound prospecting track record and pipeline generation ownership.
  • Skilled in discovery, qualification, and consultative selling.
  • Proven experience consistently meeting measurable targets.
  • Track record of effectively selling to key senior stakeholders.
  • Desire to learn continuously and contribute to a fast-growing company.
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to provide feedback to colleagues and leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency using CRM software (Salesforce) and collaboration tools like Slack, Discord, Telegram.
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE Salary Range: $224,640 - $249,600 per year (Level P4). International ranges will be discussed during the hiring process.
  • Eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goal achievement.
  • Compensation is determined by years of experience, proficiency, technical competencies, and location.
