Role Summary: Account Executive, Enterprise

The Account Executive, Enterprise (ENT) is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Collaboration with sales team members, marketing professionals, and customer success teams is key to driving revenue and positioning the organization as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities

  • Own a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies of 2,000+ employees.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaboration with sales development representatives, and management of inbound prospects.
  • Navigate enterprise organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-Level decision-makers.
  • Identify organizational financial and behavioral structures and obstacles.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in Salesforce for business and sales process learning.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience selling in the Enterprise segment.
  • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives.
  • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and a desire for continual learning.
  • Eagerness to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
