As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for organizations within Western Canada, demonstrating how Freshworks’ solutions optimize productivity and enhance government employee engagement, collaborate with diverse decision-makers, including IT leaders, department heads, and HR administrators, to address unique challenges within public sector agencies and deliver impactful outcomes, build, maintain, and execute a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through medium-to-long sales cycles tailored to the needs of Western Canada organizations, create and present compelling value propositions that align with agency goals, priorities, and budgets, and partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to create seamless, end-to-end experiences for prospects and clients across all verticals.
