Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of demonstrated success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations at the enterprise level.
  • Focus: Strong focus on automation, integrations, and enhancing tech stack efficiency.
  • Deal Size: Proven track record of success in closing enterprise-level software deals over $250K.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to discuss IT concerns, including security, scalability, compliance, and performance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (both with customers and within an organization).
  • Traits: Driven and self-motivated, and ability to thrive in a state of ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue for Zapier, owning the entire sales cycle through close.
  • Deeply understand your customers to uncover their needs and pain points.
  • Navigate complex multi-party sales and win trust through consultative sales conversations with executives.
  • Collaborate and work with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc. to build strategic adoption plans for customers in large accounts.
  • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot.
  • Provide recommendations to our product teams to help influence our Enterprise roadmap.
