Candidates should possess at least 6 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including achieving President’s Club and top of stack ranking. They should have demonstrated experience in delivering forecasts to upward management, upselling and cross-selling to both new customers and existing accounts, and uncovering customer pain points. Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management are required, along with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing. Strong business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to C-Suite executives are also essential, as well as written and verbal communication skills across email and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom.
As an Account Executive, you will manage a territory encompassing target accounts and an existing book of business with companies ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 employees, focusing on hunting new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Commercial sector. Additionally, you will be responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging the Extended Access Management Identity, and articulating complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management, to non-technical audiences.
