As an Account Executive, you will own and control the sales process for Visier’s embedded platform, focusing on prospecting, building pipeline, and securing new logo-based clients. You will identify customer priorities, align Visier’s value proposition, recommend packaging decisions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales and achieve annual sales quota. Additionally, you will address budgetary blockers, demonstrate learning agility, and contribute to a high-performance sales team culture.

Its main product, Visier People, is a user-friendly platform that allows HR professionals and business leaders to extract insights from workforce data without needing advanced technical skills.
