Position Overview

Xplor Pay is seeking an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Little Rock, AR to make a real impact by helping small to medium-sized businesses manage the complexities of running and growing their business. This role focuses on providing clients with Xplor Pay's secure, transparent, fast, and accurate payment processing and SaaS services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

  • Must have eligible working rights and be able to work in the field of their team region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Manage pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.
