Xplor Pay is seeking an Account Executive, Outside Sales to join their team in Wichita, KS. This role offers a fully flexible remote work arrangement. The primary goal is to make a real impact by enriching customer experiences through Xplor Pay's payment processing and SaaS services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to onboard new businesses.
  • Manage sales pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of payment processing and SaaS services to meet minimum requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a "hunter mentality."

  • Must possess the ability to work fully remote, provided eligible working rights, and be able to work in the field of your team region.
