Job Description

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive in Birmingham, AL, to make a significant impact. Every interaction, code line, and design is an opportunity to enhance our customers' experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to onboard new clients.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of payment processing and SaaS services to meet performance expectations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Alignment with Xplor's four core values and a strong sense of integrity.

  • Fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and can be in the field within your team region.
