Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, a valid current driver’s license and auto insurance, and the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality. They must also align with Xplor’s four core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, manage their sales pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce, prepare presentations and proposals, close sales of payment processing and SaaS services, and work closely with various departments to onboard new business. They will also be responsible for delivering residual payments and participating in sales activities such as attending conferences and achieving expected minimum requirements.
