Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Customer Success, Human Resources, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, recruiting solutions, or global workforce platforms is required. Familiarity with global hiring practices and working with external partners or talent networks is a plus, as is a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets by identifying, qualifying, and understanding client hiring needs to recommend the appropriate Deel Talent solution and other Deel Products. This includes delivering tailored demos of the Deel platform and Deel Talent solution, collaborating with talent partners to align client demand with available talent, and working closely with core AEs and Expansion consultants. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasting data in the CRM and fostering strong relationships across the sales organization to ensure an exceptional client experience.
