Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven closing experience in a SaaS environment, demonstrating a consistent track record of success
  • Strong business acumen, including experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships, anticipating change, adjusting priorities, and working effectively as a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including running discovery calls and demos
  • Negotiate and close new business deals to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Understand use cases and sell across different industries and multiple lines of business
  • Conduct calls with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision-makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflow
  • Become an Airtable product expert, educating prospects and providing feedback to the product team
  • Build processes for yourself and the team to maximize productivity
