Candidates must have at least 2 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts, and speak and write fluently in English. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, demonstrating experience in delivering forecasts to upward management, and success in upselling & cross-selling are required. Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, territory management, business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to C-Suite are necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, resilience, self-motivation, curiosity, coachability, and proficiency in Salesforce are essential. Experience with MEDDPPICC, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach is preferred. Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events is also required.
The Account Executive will manage a territory targeting companies with 1,000 - 3000 employees, focusing on hunting new business opportunities and building sales pipeline within the Commercial sector. Responsibilities include upselling into the existing account base by leveraging Extended Access Management Identity, designing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and maintaining a high volume of outbound activity. The role also involves building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, and accurately documenting all stages of the sales cycle in Salesforce.
