Account Executive, Outside Sales - Xplor Pay

Position Overview

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Tulsa, OK, to make a real impact every day. Every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
  • Alignment with Xplor's four core values.

  • You can work fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region.

Compensation

This position offers health benefits, 401K match, and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.
