Candidates must be fluent in both Dutch and English, possess a high level of integrity and work ethic, be self-motivated and self-directed with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, and have an in-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry. Experience in sales processes, qualifying opportunities with multiple decision-makers, initiating and converting prospects, closing deals, achieving sales quotas, and resolving objections is required, along with experience using CRM tools and strong customer service skills. Experience in the HR industry is a plus, and experience working remotely is considered a benefit.
As an Account Executive, the primary responsibility is to drive net new business for Remote by creating 'Land' opportunity deals, maintaining a clean pipeline of high-velocity opportunities, efficiently presenting information to potential clients, proactively answering questions and following up, collaborating internally with key departments, and forecasting sales to achieve monthly targets. The role involves building trust with clients, acting as an advisor, and confidently making cold calls to build pipelines.
