Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, a valid current driver’s license and auto insurance, and the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality. They must also align with Xplor’s four core values and be a good human.
As an Account Executive, responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce, preparing presentations and proposals, closing sales of payment processing and SaaS services, and collaborating with various departments such as Customer Service, Underwriting, and IT to onboard new business. The role also involves working independently and as part of a team, and potentially traveling to the team region.
