Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the full sales lifecycle from lead engagement through deal closure
  • Stay organized and work efficiently opening and closing opportunities on a daily basis
  • Use judgment and customer insights to tailor messaging and product positioning
  • Develop and test strategic approaches to improve close rates and average order value
  • Track and analyze conversion data to uncover bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
  • Work independently to manage time, priorities, and customer communications, balancing long-term relationship-building with short-term goals
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales tools, collateral, and CRM workflows
  • Stay current on industry trends, market feedback, and competitor offerings to shape how we engage prospective customers
