Responsibilities

Own and optimize the full sales lifecycle from lead engagement through deal closure
Stay organized and work efficiently opening and closing opportunities on a daily basis
Use judgment and customer insights to tailor messaging and product positioning
Develop and test strategic approaches to improve close rates and average order value
Track and analyze conversion data to uncover bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Work independently to manage time, priorities, and customer communications, balancing long-term relationship-building with short-term goals
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales tools, collateral, and CRM workflows
Stay current on industry trends, market feedback, and competitor offerings to shape how we engage prospective customers
