NeuraFlash is a leading AI company specializing in Salesforce and Amazon integration, particularly with technologies like Agentforce. We are looking for a driven AWS Account Executive to partner with AWS sales and customer success teams in the contact center space. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, acquire new industry knowledge, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using Salesforce for lead management and forecasting, consistently exceed sales quotas, and act as a problem solver for clients by demonstrating how NeuraFlash solutions can address their pain points.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS).
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers and upselling to existing accounts.
  • Ability to present professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets (top 10% of current company).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with NeuraFlash's partner AWS's sales and customer success organizations, specifically within the contact center space.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Maintain lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Exceed sales quotas to contribute to the company's sales and high-growth targets.
  • Understand client pain points and demonstrate how NeuraFlash's solutions can resolve them.
