Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space, 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously, industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS), experience selling innovative solutions to new customers, and the ability to upsell new products to existing customers/accounts. Furthermore, they must be able to present professionally to internal and external stakeholders, maintain a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, and be willing to travel up to 25% of the time, along with holding a B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience.
As an Account Executive, the individual will partner closely with AWS’s sales and customer success organizations, specifically within the contact center space, thrive in a fast-paced environment, find new business opportunities, demonstrate Salesforce skills by managing lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting, act as a problem solver for clients explaining their pain points and demonstrating how NeuraFlash can resolve them, and contribute to the company’s sales and high-growth targets by exceeding sales quotas. They will also paint the full picture of potential solutions for clients and represent the NeuraFlash brand positively.
