The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a high level of integrity and work ethic, self-motivation and self-direction, efficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, an in-depth understanding of company services and its industry position, in-depth knowledge of sales processes, demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas, success in qualifying opportunities with multiple decision-makers, strong problem identification and objections resolution skills, the ability to confidently make cold calls, build trust with clients, and forecast sales to meet targets. Experience in the HR industry is a plus, and experience working remotely is considered a plus.
As an Account Executive, you will create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates, maintain a clean and current pipeline of opportunities, efficiently present information to potential clients, proactively answer questions and follow up, collaborate internally with key departments, close sales deals while guiding clients, meet and exceed sales quotas, identify new opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle, understand the communication needs of small and mid-sized businesses, and self-generate leads through various methods like cold calling and networking.
