Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, a valid current driver’s license and auto insurance, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality. Alignment with Xplor’s four core values and being a ‘good human’ are also required.
As an Account Executive, Outside Sales, responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, working closely with various Xplor Pay departments to onboard new business, managing the sales pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce, preparing presentations and proposals, closing sales of payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected requirements, and potentially participating in incentive trips and annual sales conferences.
