Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 10 years of technology sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals exceeding $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), and experience selling SaaS solutions. Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills are required, along with a mix of experience from large and small companies, and preference is given to early-stage startup experience. Experience selling Workforce Management (WFM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, and familiarity with the Retail, Hospitality, Distribution, Warehouse, and Healthcare industries, are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will develop and execute a GTM sales strategy to build Legion’s market leadership and achieve business targets, understanding client needs and aligning strategy accordingly. They will build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, play a critical role in business planning, collaborate with sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to exceed revenue targets, and close deals with enterprises while maintaining accurate customer and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM. The role also involves crafting compelling business justifications and ROI for opportunities and leveraging industry expertise and a Rolodex to build a pipeline of executive-level enterprise opportunities.
