Requirements

  • Ability to collaboratively build and execute winning business plans with sophisticated partnerships across retail, CPG, and agencies in North America
  • Capability to create and communicate business plans to external partners leveraging Flipp’s technology and shopper data
  • Serve as a high-trust consultant to partners' businesses, with ideas implemented across North American markets
  • Drive strategic alignment with partners while working with internal teams to deliver technology initiatives and revenue targets
  • Leadership and team-building skills to align and energize internal stakeholders toward revenue and strategic objectives
  • Lead retailer projects end-to-end, including planning, sell-in, execution, communication, and reporting with internal and external teams
  • Manage projects of varying length (1 day to 12 months) and scope (tactical/strategic, revenue/non-revenue initiatives like Media Plans, Incremental Testing, Vendor Programs, Content Consulting, new technology, retailer events)
  • Lead cross-functional teams for project management and execution
  • Act as a strategic consultant with in-depth understanding of Flipp’s and partners’ businesses
  • Align, sell, and execute plans driving joint value for retailers, Flipp, and shoppers
  • Strengthen existing relationships and create new ones with partners, expanding partnership depth and breadth with focus on quantifiable joint value
  • Create credible and influential business cases, presentations, and communications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue and strategic objectives as primary business owner and key point of contact for manager and director level contacts
  • Create and execute winning business plans delivering key revenue and technology initiatives
  • Leverage leadership to ensure internal stakeholder alignment and energy toward objectives
  • Own external partnerships end-to-end
  • Lead end-to-end retailer projects, including planning, sell-in, execution, communication, and reporting
  • Manage cross-functional teams for tactical and strategic projects across revenue and non-revenue initiatives
  • Conduct consultative selling and build partnerships by acting as strategic consultant
  • Align, sell, and execute plans for joint value
  • Strengthen and expand partnerships with ruthless focus on quantifiable joint value
  • Develop business cases, presentations, and communications to help Flipp and retailers succeed
