Account Executive

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, a valid current driver’s license and auto insurance, the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality. They should also align with Xplor’s four core values and be a good human.
The Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, work closely with various Xplor Pay departments to onboard new business, manage their sales pipeline and appointments using Salesforce, prepare presentations and proposals, close sales of payment processing and SaaS services to meet requirements, and participate in a commission-only residual model with portfolio ownership.
