Account Executive, Outside Sales - Xplor Pay

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote Salary: Commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.

Position Overview

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Mahwah, NJ, to make a real impact every day. We believe that enriching our customers’ experiences is achieved through every conversation, code line, and interface design. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this role involves developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, onboarding new clients, and driving sales of our payment processing and SaaS services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
• Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
• Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
• Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
• Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
