Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of direct sales experience in software solutions or professional services, along with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, or Marketing. Experience in screening software or related sectors such as Background Screening is preferred.
As a Screening Account Executive, you will proactively generate both new and recurring revenues by engaging with prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. You will conduct software demonstrations, represent MRI Software at industry events, collaborate with sales team members, manage the entire sales cycle, and consistently exceed assigned sales quotas while delivering compelling presentations and identifying client pain points to provide tailored solutions.
