They should have thrived in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of complex sales processes and stakeholder management.
The Account Executive will identify and qualify prospects using the company’s product-led growth engine, upsell them to enterprise plans, and develop expert-level insights on the application of AI in recruiting. They will be responsible for winning complex sales deals involving multiple stakeholders, from initial contact to closing, and feeding market learnings to the founders and product team to drive product improvements. Furthermore, they will build an extensive network of contacts within the business community and contribute to establishing the sales approach and culture of the organization.
