Requirements

Candidates should possess an Account Executive role with a proven track record in SaaS or IT/B2B technology companies, ideally with CRM industry knowledge, and must reside in the New York area. They should have at least 7 years of experience in a closing role as an Account Executive, demonstrating strong new business development skills.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing larger named accounts – SMB and mid-enterprise customers – who are seeking a better way to connect with their customers and achieve product-market fit, working closely with customers throughout their lifecycle from concept to paid conversion. This includes building outreach to existing and new opportunities, relentlessly managing customer follow-up and pipeline against quotas, collaborating with the Growth team to increase product awareness, nurturing and following up with customers to share use cases and gather requirements, guiding customers through implementation plans to drive adoption, working with Product and Engineering to share feedback and feature requests, creating content and refining scripts, and maintaining pipeline data and account information within DevRev’s CRM.
