Candidates must possess excellent (C1, C2) German and English communication skills, both written and spoken, along with at least 3 years of experience in any type of sales or customer-facing position. Agency or consultancy experience is considered an advantage, and applicants should be fast learners, particularly with new technologies, services, and products.
As an Account Executive, the primary responsibility will be to directly interact with potential customers worldwide and successfully sell the agency management tool, responding to inbound leads via email and video calls, meeting with customers, understanding their needs, guiding them through the buying journey, onboarding new customers, building long-term relationships, contributing feature requests, and using tools like HubSpot, Gong, and Intercom.
