Expertise in cross-functional project management, tactical planning, budget management, and influencer oversight
Analytical prowess to measure success in partnership with BI & Measurement team
Adept at post-procurement influencer facilitation, handling challenging client conversations, and adhering to global marketplace disclosure guidelines
Deep understanding of influencers across segments and channels
Client-facing confidence with superior social and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously, navigate collaborative dynamics, and effectively 'manage up'

Responsibilities

Own and lead flawless execution of client scope(s) and collaborate with Client Service leader (VP Client Services and/or Director, Client Services) to identify strategic business growth opportunities
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of client scopes, prioritizing exceptional client service and five-star experiences
Lead development and implementation of overarching strategic direction for a diverse portfolio of social and influencer campaigns, from individual activations to long-term, relationship-focused initiatives, aligned with client objectives and agency vision
Know components for flawless executional delivery and push for exceptionally creative and unique work across global clientele in collaboration with COE team(s)
Spearhead influencer engagement, paid social, and measurement
Drive creative ideation, manage briefs, cultivate and nurture client relationships, present concepts effectively, develop compelling presentations, and offer clear performance insights
