Senior Sales Account Manager

Candidates should have experience in account management, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency, and a strong understanding of data, CRM, and website marketing strategies. They must also possess the ability to translate client strategy into actionable plans, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience managing budgets and negotiating solutions, and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Account Director will collaborate with OLIVER to align account strategies with the client’s commercial goals, build trust-based client relationships with an effective engagement strategy, ensure consistent brand representation, identify growth opportunities, propose solutions, and advise on budget spending. They will also create strategic presentations, negotiate solutions and diplomatically manage account conflicts, provide thought leadership, uphold Service Level Agreements, demonstrate service value, identify and escalate relationship risks with solutions, ensure compliance with OLIVER and client procedures, train clients on OLIVER’s methods, identify and brief the operations team on process optimizations, lead project planning, conduct weekly client and internal status meetings, and oversee all projects to ensure timely delivery.
Creates customized in-house marketing agencies
OLIVER specializes in creating and managing customized in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands, achieving an average of 30% savings on marketing spend.
