Candidates should possess 15+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Strategic Customer Success, Account Directorship, or Consulting roles focused on data and technology solutions, with bonus points for experience in data governance, quality, or related fields. A strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, and dbt is required.
As an Account Director, you will be a Trusted Advisor, partnering with Atlan’s largest and most strategic customers to understand their unique needs and craft solutions to maximize their value. You will also build rock-solid relationships with CDOs, CIOs, data analysts, and stakeholders at all levels, driving seamless onboarding, training, and continuous support to ensure sky-high adoption and user satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be a Success Champion, amplifying customer success stories and inspiring the global data community to embrace the power of Active Metadata Management, while helping shape and refine Atlan’s Customer Success framework.
