As an Account Director, you will be responsible for renewals and stakeholder management, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and growth within the Insider platform. You will also be expected to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contribute to the development of client strategies, and act as a primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
