The Account Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation and qualification through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social media. They will nurture leads and build relationships with potential clients, setting up qualified meetings and supporting sales efforts. Additionally, they will conduct research and identification of target markets, maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com for targeted accounts and contacts, and adhere to process and workflows within Hubspot and Salesforce, ensuring campaign enablement and data management.
