Responsibilities

  • Execute revenue-generating activities including prospecting, qualification, and expansion outreach across existing client accounts
  • Support Account Managers in renewal preparation, client communication, usage expansion campaigns, and identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Engage directly with clients to understand workflows, uncover unmet needs, and position the value of S&P Global solutions aligned to commercial strategy
  • Manage outbound cadences using Salesloft, Salesforce, and CRM tools to build pipeline and advance opportunities
  • Conduct account intelligence research to prepare client meetings, evaluate whitespace, and assess risk indicators
  • Track and report progress on KPIs including meetings booked, opportunities created, usage expansion, client engagement scores, and renewal support
  • Participate in structured training covering product mastery, commercial negotiation, objection handling, and financial value articulation
