Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior marketing experience, with a focus on Account Based Marketing and a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing targeted campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle and experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Proven ability to develop creative and innovative ABM programs that engage target accounts and drive desired outcomes
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Bombora, Demandbase, Canva, Figma or equivalent tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and thrive in a dynamic and results-oriented culture
  • Familiarity and/or an interest in exploring and applying AI-driven marketing programs and use cases to enhance ABM effectiveness
  • Strong traditional background in sales, field marketing and/or demand generation including planning, message development, execution, ROI tracking, and campaign analysis

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs focused on driving deal acceleration, increased growth, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities within US Enterprise accounts
  • Create personalized digital experiences, including landing pages and tailored content, and implement multi-channel campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and Solution Product Marketing teams to develop comprehensive account plans, including account-specific research, events, and follow-up strategies
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies and optimize program effectiveness
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously refine ABM strategies, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximizing ROI
  • Manage a portfolio of multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs designed to accelerate pipeline, drive revenue, and increase customer lifetime value across all stages of the customer lifecycle for target accounts
  • Follow Snowflake’s hybrid 3-day in-office policy and abide by the company’s confidentiality, security standards, and data security plan
