Responsibilities

  • Become fluent and knowledgeable about the digital OOH landscape, the efficacy of the medium and its emerging role as a pillar of omnichannel marketing
  • Build strong relationships with Sales team, Client Success team, and client roster
  • Develop a reputation for being a solid resource and foundational knowledge of the business model, inventory, and integrations across the United States and internationally
  • Communicate with internal resources (Sales, Client Success, Ad Ops, and Marketing) and clients to ensure a smooth and positive customer service experience
  • Support Sales Directors and Client Success Managers by generating media plans and presentations to enable scaling
  • Generate and communicate required deals for won opportunities, ensuring accuracy and successful campaign launch
  • Work closely with sales contacts at publishers to advance client campaigns
  • Execute accurately and on time, meeting deadlines and being proactive
  • Own the full lifecycle (pre- and post-sales) of an opportunity from initial market research to contract creation and execution, including tracking and reporting throughout
  • Communicate campaign successes by collaborating with Marketing and Operations teams for use in client collateral
