They must have experience in data analysis at a business level, including proficiency in SQL, and a high level of experience in 1to1 marketing. Furthermore, experience utilizing marketing automation tools and proven success with them is required, along with business-level Japanese proficiency.
The 1to1 Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing One to One marketing campaigns, analyzing user behavior, defining target user segments, designing user communications, extracting targets from databases, setting up campaigns in marketing automation tools, designing and visualizing effect verification, implementing and reporting results to internal departments and executives, and continuously improving campaigns based on results.
