Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, specializing in paid media and CRM analytics. Advanced SQL skills are required, with Python and/or R being a plus. They must also have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams and partners across different regions and cultures, and experience working with first-party customer data within Snowflake.

Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Analyst will implement testing frameworks and measurement strategies to evaluate campaign performance across owned and paid channels, apply incrementality testing methods to measure campaign impact, conduct behavioral analyses to uncover customer insights, leverage CRM platforms and clean rooms such as Meta’s Advanced Analytics and Google’s Ads Data Hub (ADH) for campaign optimization, find opportunities for campaign enhancement, utilize generative AI for data improvements, extract actionable insights and translate them into narratives, integrate data from various sources, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present findings to business partners.
