Familiarity with value engineering, sales processes, and technical architecture is essential, along with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
The Services Lead will define and manage Packaged Service Offerings aligned with Sales and GTM strategies, guide technical teams in creating Reference Architectures, and curate RFx for sales teams. They will also drive alignment across Product, Value Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, while analyzing the effectiveness of Service Offerings and communicating customer value.
