Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Gen Z and Gen Alpha trends on social media, possessing a deep understanding of pop culture and internet culture. They should have at least one year of full-time experience in social media and community management for (large) brands, preferably at a Next Gen agency. Strong knowledge of the functionalities of common social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook is required, along with familiarity with tools like emplifi and Airtable. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and good English proficiency are essential.

They will analyze sentiment and metrics to make data-driven statements and suggest content ideas, serving as a mirror of the internet community's voice. The role involves identifying trends, providing insights, and collaborating with teams like creation, strategy, and account management to develop authentic and engaging campaigns for clients in the Retail & CPG vertical.
