- Salary: $73,000 - $85,000 (annual, anticipated)
The Digital & Motion Designer will be a key member of the Performance Creative department, working closely with Creative Strategists, fellow Designers, and internal/external vendors. This role involves collaborating on concepts, producing creative assets, and assisting with art direction for paid digital ads across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical skills, motion and graphic design expertise, and creative vision to deliver pixel-perfect, performance-optimized, and brand-aligned assets.
Requirements
- Producing high-volume digital ads across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Search, ensuring alignment with performance marketing best practices.
- Developing motion and static creative assets using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, and Blender.
- Creating pixel-perfect designs and meticulously QA assets, ensuring proper resizing, format specifications, and adherence to creative briefs.
- Championing the look and feel of assigned clients by maintaining style guides and creating pre-built templates for streamlined asset production.
- Ideating and setting the initial look for concepts to be presented to the client.
- Presenting creative concepts (beyond moodboards) to the client, receiving and applying feedback until approved.
- Sharing approved V1 concepts.
